At Elegance Models Dubai, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our modeling services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued, how to request them, and the processes involved in handling refund requests.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Elegance Models offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our modeling services or the professionalism of our talent, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.

This guarantee applies to both one-time bookings and ongoing contracts.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Quality Issues: Services that do not meet the professional standards specified in your contract
  • Model Unavailability: If a booked model is unavailable for the scheduled assignment and we cannot provide a suitable replacement
  • Service Discrepancies: Services delivered that significantly differ from what was agreed upon in the contract
  • Cancellation by Agency: Events or bookings that are canceled by Elegance Models for reasons within our control
  • General Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with our services for any reasonable cause

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:

  • 48 hours of service completion for quality issues or service discrepancies
  • 24 hours of a missed assignment due to model unavailability

We strongly recommend that you assess the delivered services as soon as possible after completion to ensure timely reporting of any issues.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund Request Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us via email at [email protected], by phone at +446593975686, or through the "Contact" section on our website.
  2. Provide Booking Details: Include your booking reference number, the services you're unsatisfied with, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  3. Documentation: If possible, provide documentation of the issue (e.g., photos, videos, or written descriptions) to help us address the problem effectively.
  4. Review: Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.
  5. Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.

5. Refund Methods and Timing

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. The timing of refunds depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process and appear in your account.
  • Other Payment Methods: Refund timing will vary based on the specific payment method used.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, we cannot control the time it takes for your bank or payment provider to credit the refunded amount to your account.

6. Partial Refunds and Credits

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or service credits instead of full refunds, particularly when:

  • Only a portion of the services provided did not meet expectations
  • The issues experienced were minor and did not significantly impact the overall service quality
  • Alternative solutions or remedies are available

Service credits may be applied toward future bookings and typically remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

7. Non-Refundable Fees and Exceptions

Certain fees and charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Administrative Fees: Processing fees, booking fees, and other administrative charges
  • Third-Party Expenses: Costs incurred for third-party services that have already been paid and cannot be recovered
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made by the client less than 48 hours before a scheduled booking

Important Note: For bookings that involve multiple models or span multiple days, specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your contract. Please refer to your contract for these details, as they may override the general refund policy described here.

8. Client Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking, the following refund structure applies:

  • Cancellation 7+ days before the scheduled date: 100% refund of the booking fee (excluding non-refundable fees)
  • Cancellation 3-6 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund of the booking fee (excluding non-refundable fees)
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled date: No refund provided

For special events, major productions, or bookings during peak seasons, special cancellation terms may apply and will be clearly communicated in your contract.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic-related restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control) that prevent services from being delivered as planned, we will work with clients to reschedule without additional charges when possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, we will provide credits for future services or refunds at our discretion, taking into account any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter through our dispute resolution process:

  1. Submit a formal written complaint to our management team at [email protected]
  2. Include all relevant details, documentation, and your desired resolution
  3. Our management team will review your case and respond within 10 business days

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and reasonably, taking into account the specific circumstances of each case.

11. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on our website, and significant changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
